Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Technology Park. Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
- Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder‑ready deliverables
