Position: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

A brief Job Description: We are looking for a technically strong BSA who can independently draft business and technical user stories and collaborate effectively with Tech Leads.

Skills required and Qualifications

• 5+ years in a BSA or similar role, with a prior background in software development, technical analysis, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Must be able to independently draft technical user stories for components such as APIs, ETL pipelines, event‑driven consumers, and data transformation logic - even if Tech Lead review is expected before finalisation.
• Working understanding of REST APIs, ETL pipelines, and messaging/event‑driven systems (Kafka, queues, or equivalent).
• Strong data mapping and data analysis skills.
