ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder's role. As our Business Transformation Manager, you will work directly with the Managing Director to redesign how we operate — mapping processes, implementing digital tools, and driving accountability across every department. You will be the bridge between where we are today and the professionally structured organisation we are building for tomorrow.
