Role Overview
The Business Unit Manager (BUM) is fully responsible for the growth, profitability, and operational maturity of their assigned region. This is not a pure sales role. You are the owner of the local business: revenue growth, team building, marketing strategy, delivery quality, retention, and long‑term sustainability. You will launch, scale, and manage a self‑sufficient Business Unit, progressing from an initial commercial focus to a fully operational regional team.
