Summary

The Buyer - Beauty is responsible for sourcing and selecting beauty product assortments to meet sales and margin objectives. This role leads a buying team, manages vendor relationships, and ensures inventory and delivery align with business plans and forecasts. The Buyer collaborates with stores and marketing, attends market shows, and makes merchandise decisions to drive profitability and brand exposure.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach and retain a high-performing buying team to meet performance goals
• Attend national and international market shows to select and assemble product assortments
• Plan and execute buys aligned to strategy, including range, quantity, colour, size and pricing
• Negotiate with vendors on price, terms, marketing co-op and program support
