Role Description
Manage purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Support supplier negotiations and cost savings initiatives
Ensure purchasing activities align with existing supplier contracts and agreements
Monitor supplier performance and address delivery or quality issues
Work with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines
Maintain accurate purchasing documentation within procurement systems
Support procurement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and cost control
Participate in supplier meetings or supplier site visits when required
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
