Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct the Buyer role involves Manages supplier relationships and ensures timely procurement of materials based on production needs using MRP and purchase order tracking. Monitors inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and obsolescence, while following up on shipments and logistics. Maintains procurement records, resolves discrepancies and invoices, and ensures compliance with cost, quality, and delivery targets.

  • Maintaining relations with the suppliers.
  • Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production.
