Buyer Support (Querétaro, México)

Buyer Support position in Belcan Queretaro, México. Full‑time, on‑site at Belcan Mexico Office with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with planning, engineering, and production to understand demand requirements.
• Convert forecasts into procurement plans.
• Review MRP output daily or weekly as needed.
• Align purchase order (PO) placements with forecast changes.
• Manage safety stock levels for long‑lead or critical components.
• Issue accurate PO based on requirements and ensure terms are understood by suppliers.
• Create and approve POs in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS).
• Drive year‑over‑year cost improvement.
• Understand cost drivers (labor, material, logistics) to negotiate effectively.
• Maintain the right balance to avoid shortages without creating excess.
