Role Description

The bids submitted in the previous round were not suitable for the following reasons:

  • Lacks the practical application of current building and plant maintenance and regulations required. Lack of French Language skills.
  • Has very limited experience in both the management and practical aspects of running a building similar to that required. No indication of any French.
  • Limited experience with HVAC and BMS, plus he may not be up to date with EU regulations for electrical installations. Deemed Not-Suitable.
