Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: Gloucester, ON
This role focuses on supporting manufacturing operations by creating and maintaining 2D/3D technical drawings, improving work instructions, and helping organize technical data. The position involves analyzing production processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean manufacturing, and working closely with production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain 2D and 3D technical drawings using Onshape.
- Standardize and improve production worksheets to support efficient manufacturing processes.
- Develop and enhance work instructions using VKS (Visual Knowledge Share).
