CAE Modeler – Senior

Experience:

  • 3 - 6 Years

    • Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (Automotive & Mechanical)

    • Job Location:

  • Chennai

    • Job Description:

  • Perform Input study & Prepare queries on Cad/BOM/NGD/Material/Connections etc.

  • Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.

  • Perform de-penetration/intersection within the model & with other models.

  • Prepare the sub system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts),Contact Interfaces, Database history and runnable analytical assemblies with required deck info.

  • Able to review the Safety models using standard check sheet & set process.

  • Able to perform debug & fix the errors in the models for ls dyna.

  • Good communication skills and experience with MS office excel and PowerPoint to present data.
