The Ken Patrick Professional Development Program is designed for recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Participants will engage in four distinct rotations within CAE’s business units over two years, enhancing their technical and leadership skills. You will be mentored by experienced managers while collaborating with peers and presenting innovative solutions.
