Role Description
Lead transformative ERP projects with the Town of Caledon as a Senior Project Manager for Financial Business Transformation. Oversee implementation and modernization while driving efficiency across departments.
This role reports to the Treasurer and focuses on enhancing core finance, procurement, and budgeting through new ERP systems. The successful candidate will lead and manage a multi-year implementation, ensuring alignment with municipal best practices. You'll also coach staff, assist in user acceptance testing, and create documentation to standardize financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage business modernization projects and gather system requirements
• Lead ERP implementation and physical asset management improvements
• Draft project charters, business cases, and schedules
• Develop test scripts for User Acceptance Testing sessions
• Resolve bottlenecks and negotiate resources for UAT
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in related fields
