Support our payroll operations as a Temporary Payroll Specialist in Calgary. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on and tech-savvy, focusing on seamless payroll processing.
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for our downtown Calgary office to deal with the full cycle of payroll activities. You will ensure compliance with various payroll regulations while auditing and resolving any timesheet discrepancies. Your expertise will also help provide user support for our payroll systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full cycle employee payroll accurately
• Monitor compliance with payroll and privacy laws
• Audit timesheets and eliminate discrepancies
• Create quarterly time off reports as needed
• Handle onboarding and offboarding payroll tasks

• PCP designation or coursework nearing completion
• At least five years of related payroll experience
