Role Description
Drive production optimization at Imperial's Kearl mine in Calgary as a Production Engineer. Your safety leadership and planning skills will support energy development.
As an essential position, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mining or related engineering fields and at least 3 years of facilities experience. You will communicate commitments, manage production events, and identify issues while working with multi-disciplinary teams using strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate production alignment meetings daily • Ensure clarity on production goals across shifts • Evaluate real-time operational changes • Complete daily production surveillance reports • Coordinate responses to unplanned events
