Role Description
Join the Calgary Operations Control Team as a Training and Standards Specialist. Drive the development of training programs and maintain operational consistency through effective training materials.
In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Control Manager while collaborating closely with the Quality & Standards Manager. Key duties include maintaining training documentation, administering learning management systems, and providing all necessary training to operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update Operations Control manuals for compliance and accuracy
• Manage course content and setup in learning management systems
• Deliver onboarding and specialized training to personnel
• Recommend procedural improvements based on feedback
• Ensure training reflects current operational standards
