Become a vital part of our LIT program as a Camp Counselor, guiding 13-year-old campers through a summer of growth and fun. Focus on leadership skills and team dynamics in a supportive atmosphere.
We are looking for counselors to oversee our two LIT cabins: Woodsmen and Mohawks. In collaboration with the LIT Coordinator, you will ensure a positive, safe summer experience for campers, emphasizing personal growth and inter-personal relationships. Your role is crucial in running activities that enrich and empower our youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage and implement the LIT program workshops
• Ensure camper safety and supervision at all times
• Communicate regularly with staff about camper activities
