- Properly follow Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines.
- Properly complete all defective slips.
- Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions.
- Maintain sales tax exempt records.
- Ensure all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
