Position Summary
To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
What you'll do
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product/service promotion, locating merchandise, facilitating purchases, resolving issues, and referring concerns as appropriate.
- Assists in providing direction and coordination of task completion per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
- Assesses overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
- Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
- Support with scheduling as needed.
