Role Description
Position Summary
To provide exceptional customer service and assist in sales‑floor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
- Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
- Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
- Complete PA Announcement for customers.
- Communicate customer’s questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.
- Communicate any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard.
Minimum Rate of Pay
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
