As a critical team leader, you'll be the PIC on missions while managing daily operations in compliance with FAA standards. Mentoring flight crews and maintaining airworthiness will be key aspects of your responsibilities, all aimed at enhancing safety protocols and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business jet missions as PIC with a focus on safety
• Manage trip logistics including fuel and weather planning
• Oversee scheduling in alignment with FAA guidelines
• Ensure aircraft maintenance and airworthiness compliance
• Analyze safety data and facilitate risk management meetings
Requirements:
• 5,000 hours of flight experience, significantly in multi-engine
• Proven history in a corporate flight department
