Care Manager

As a member of the Public Health Leadership team, is accountable for contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of overall operational plans, policy, and programs to support client-focused care and service delivery within the Calgary zone. Supports provincial and AHS strategic changes and develop strategies and processes to communicate and facilitate staff in their movement to new models or practices in collaboration with Program Managers, Director, Educators, Leads, and Stakeholders. Promotes a culture supporting hazard assessment, risk management, incident identification, reporting and correction, and compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and safe work practices to continually improve health and safety for staff and clients.
