Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments and evaluations of clients
• Create and implement effective care plans
• Monitor and respond to client health changes
• Oversee unregulated staff in medication administration
• Mentor and lead quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BScN is preferred; CNA certification is an asset
