Role Description
We are a fast-growing residential construction and renovation company working throughout Chittenden County and surrounding areas. We handle homeowner remodels, investment property renovations, and ongoing maintenance for managed rentals.
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Carpenter / Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Residential renovations and remodeling
- Finish and light-to-medium carpentry
- Punch list and detail work
- Rental property repairs and maintenance
- Framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and general repairs
- Maintain clean, professional jobsites
- Material scheduling/pickup
What We’re Looking For
- Construction / carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Spanish is a plus (not required)...
