Role Description

Enhance the employee journey as a Case Management Specialist at Canadian Tire. This in-office role focuses on managing employee inquiries and improving their overall experience every day.
In collaboration with the AVP, you will tackle high volumes of employee requests, overseeing the case management process while maintaining expertise in Workday. Your work will ensure accurate documentation and timely resolutions, while also identifying key improvement opportunities in HR processes. You’ll help maintain an effective knowledge base for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
