Your role as Case Manager will include managing the process for short and long-term disability absences. You will conduct assessments and develop customized return to work plans while maintaining communication with colleagues and external partners. Your contributions will greatly impact the recovery journey of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case management of disability absences
• Develop and modify return to work strategies
• Perform structured interviews for functional assessment
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders
• Liaise with health care professionals and insurers
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in disability management or related sectors
• Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Psychology, or a related field
