Category Manager - Americas MRO

The Indirect Sourcing Category Manager – Americas MRO will be responsible for creating and executing the category strategy for MRO in the Americas (United States, Canada, and Latin America), aligned with global strategy. Estimated spend is $90M. The Category Manager will develop and drive strategy, negotiate with suppliers to deliver best overall value considering price, contracts, quality, and service. Role involves market analysis, supplier screening, RFx processes, and analytics using should‑cost tools to facilitate supplier selection. The ideal candidate stays informed of macroeconomic and industry trends related to materials and labor that will influence strategy.
