In this role, you'll harness 3–5 years of upscale catering management expertise to deliver exceptional service across all catered events. Your responsibilities will encompass client interaction, event logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while leading a dedicated catering team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide event planning assistance and creative solutions
• Develop effective client rapport and relationships
• Process daily catering requests and order food supplies
• Manage event staffing and compliance with safety policies
• Report on all catering-related revenues and expenditures
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in catering management, upscale preferred
• Completion of hospitality or food programs preferred
