Main Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy and Planning aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
• Financial Reporting including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and industry standards.
• Managing the audit process of holding companies and subsidiaries.
