Role Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Channel Distribution Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s distribution channel strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth across product lines including pumps, valves, homogenizers, mixers and centrifugal separators. This role ensures strong market coverage, technical capability within the channel, and alignment with corporate objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the distribution channel strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Select, onboard, and develop high-performing distributors and integrators.
- Establish clear channel rules, territories, and conflict management frameworks.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for distributors.
- Monitor and manage distributor performance (sell-in / sell-out).
