Role Description

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll lead resident care in a supportive team setting. You’ll assess patient health, administer medications, and ensure compliance with LTC policies. Your leadership will guide other care staff in providing high-quality resident care and adhering to infection control practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident care as the Charge Nurse
- Guide and support RPNs and PSWs in the unit
- Monitor residents and address health changes
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Ensure accurate documentation per LTC regulations
Requirements
- Valid RN license with CNO
