Role Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on‑demand services for assigned facilities. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance with established processes and practices and is in compliance with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Leader also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on‑demand services.
