The Opportunity
This position works out of our Saint-Laurent, Montreal office in our Human Resources division.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs that align with businesses objectives and comply with Canadian federal and provincial legislation. This role ensures programs attract, retain, and engage talent while promoting employee health and financial security.
What You’ll Do 
Set C&B strategy and philosophy in Canada.
Design and administer benefits programs (Health & Welfare, Wellness) in the country and support of negotiations with works council or other employee organizations.
Manage 3rd parties (e.g., insurance companies and health plan administrators).
