Job Description
Work alongside the Executive Chef in managing food service operations, while leading a dynamic culinary team. You will oversee operations across food outlets and catering, hire, train and develop the culinary team, manage food ordering and inventory, use creativity in menu planning, maintain high standards of consistency in food and service delivery, create a safe and inclusive workplace environment, and build and maintain strong client and customer relationships fostering a strong safety culture.
