The Role
As CFO, you will partner with the CEO on capital allocation, investment strategy, and disciplined growth. You will build a financial foundation that enables the company to scale responsibly and deploy institutional capital.
Responsibilities
Capital Strategy & Growth
- Advise the CEO on capital allocation, transactions, growth strategy, portfolio optimization, and enterprise risk.
- Shape financial strategy, capital structure, and long‑term planning.
- Serve as the primary financial contact for institutional investors, LPs, and equity capital partners.
- Lead investor communications, fundraising initiatives, and Board‑level financial presentations.
- Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, acquisitions, and capital deployment decisions.
- Provide financial oversight to underwriting, transaction structuring, and investment committee decisions.
