Chief of Staff to the CEO

Qargo Coffee is growing fast, and we are looking for a Chief of Staff who can become the eyes and ears of the CEO across the organization.

This is not a traditional administrative role. This is a high-trust, execution-focused leadership role for someone who can help make sure our company runs with discipline, structure, accountability, and results.

What This Role Is About

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to make sure the company is not just creating plans, but actually executing them.

This person will help verify that:

The right systems are being followed

The right people are accountable

Tasks are completed correctly and on time

Departments are aligned
