Role Description
Excel in a leadership role as a Childcare Supervisor for a contract from August 1st, 2026 to March 1st, 2027. Engage with children, families, and staff to create a nurturing environment.
This position is based in Ontario and involves overseeing both RECE and non-RECE staff while ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education regulations. You will support staff in delivering a vibrant curriculum, monitoring child development, and maintaining classroom safety. Fostering collaboration and communication with families is also crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front-line staff and facilitate team collaboration
• Ensure programming aligns with Emergent Curriculum framework
