Role Description

Role Objective:

Support the Chief Commercial Officer to achieve top line growth by developing product and proposition strategy and execution to identify, nurture and acquire target consumers and retain and grow the existing customer base.

This role will provide leadership and subject matter expertise in product development utilizing market and consumer insights, data collection and analysis and customer experience management to engage insurance and wellness users.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Greater China markets on setting product strategy based on local customer needs and channel requirements to boost top-line growth and effectively manage product mix to enhance portfolio margin
  • Support Greater China markets to design, develop and deliver go-to-market insurance and wellness propositions
