Role Description
To build strategic alliance with the reputable international brokers, which align with business direction of the Company, for meeting sales plan, business target Develop business development plan to foster a sustainable business growth To analyse international HNW market trend, provide international market and product insight to achieve company goal To bring up idea and design tailor made campaigns / sales support / training / sponsorship programs to activate and / or maintain active business relationship with HNW segment across different markets To penetrate further in focused International Brokers by weekly visits and relationship building with various levels from Chief Executive, Business head as well as technical representatives To plan and utilise the agreed financials support to maximize the top line To conduct training on products to various levels of the partners and build up edge to promote them to broker market
