Role Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Continuous Improvement Program Manager to lead a team of Supply Chain Projects and Development and drive best‑in‑class strategies across ROCKWOOL's North American manufacturing network.
The annual base salary range for this position is 110,000 - 120,000 CAD. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
Your future team: You will become part of the Supply Chain Development Team and will be reporting to the Supply Chain Development Director North America. You will lead a team of two; one Project Manager and one CI Coach.

- Own and steer the end‑to‑end CI portfolio aligning initiatives to strategy, capacity and business impact.
