Civil Superintendent - Western Canada District

Position Overview

Civil Superintendents at Kiewit are jobsite leaders with responsibility for overall construction activities on our projects. This role requires strong expertise in civil engineering, project management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Superintendents lead the organization, work methods, scheduling, cost control, conformity with drawings and specifications, workmanship, and assignment of work to accomplish the execution of the work, either directly or through General Foreman or Foreman. You will also work to maintain positive working relationships with clients, architects/engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff.
