Civil/Commercial Lawyer | Commission based position

Romaya Law Corporation is a newly established firm in Vancouver, BC, looking for a Litigation Lawyer to take the lead on both Civil and Commercial litigation files.

We're seeking a lawyer with 2–4 years of experience in litigation law who can work independently , supervise support staff, and manage high-volume transactions with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft civil law pleadings, motion materials, affidavits, factums, conference briefs, and related court documents
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and advocacy
• Represent clients in negotiations, conferences, and settlement discussions
• Manage files efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication
