Cladding Estimator

We are seeking a full‑time Cladding Estimator to join a growing commercial roofing, cladding, and building envelope team in Edmonton. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating bids, reviewing project documentation, and supporting successful project delivery from tender through award.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely bid proposals.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and develop detailed cost estimates.
• Analyze project requirements and identify scope risks and opportunities.
• Participate in site visits to gain familiarity with project conditions.
