Become a vital part of client care as a Claims Reporting Specialist with Desjardins, teleworking within 70 km of our offices. Handle First Notice of Loss calls and empathize with clients during their challenging times.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients reporting claims following accidents or property damage. Your active listening and analytical skills will help you capture crucial details to create claims files. By providing reassurance and support, you contribute significantly to the claims process and improve client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage First Notice of Loss calls with empathy
• Assess the mental and physical state of clients
• Record detailed information for claims files
• Collaborate with Claims Advisors for further processing
• Provide clients with consistent updates and reassurance
Requirements:
• College diploma preferred
• Minimum two years in client service roles
