What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver top-quality cleaning and service.
• Train, motivate, and lead housekeepers to meet company standards.
• Inspect client spaces, and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene guidelines.
• Assign daily tasks and manage daily operations.
• Handle supplies and inventory needed for the day ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Report and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
• Clean along side the team. This is a hands‑on field position.
