Independent Counselling Enterprises (ICE) is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join its Provincial Behavioural Services team as a Client Behavioural Services Consultant . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioural support services across the organization, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, industry best practices, and organizational standards.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Client Behavioural Services Consultant plays a key role in promoting quality service delivery and positive outcomes for individuals receiving support. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and provides supervision to the Team Coordinator – Behavioural Services.
