Role Description

Summary

Permanent full-time role leading the in-store client experience at a luxury menswear store. Responsible for coaching and developing clothing advisors and specialists, maintaining service standards across in-store and after-sales channels, and driving digital sales adoption and omni-channel client building.

Responsibilities

  • Coach clothing advisors and specialists to maximize personal sales productivity
  • Develop and maintain in-store and after-sales service standards
  • Ensure execution of client development activities
  • Drive adoption of digital initiatives and achievement of digital sales goals
  • Promote and educate advisors and clients on program points benefits and activation steps
  • Hire and train new clothing advisors and specialists
