Role Description
Charles River seeks an experienced Client Manager for its investment trading software team. This office-based role emphasizes client engagement, retention, and strategy alignment.
You will excel in this role if you possess Front-Office expertise and are skilled in client relationship management. Proactively, you will advocate for clients while ensuring a high-touch engagement model. Collaborating with client leaders, your insight will drive the successful delivery of projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-touch client engagement with regular visits
• Understand and align with client strategies
• Keep abreast of changes in Charles River IMS
• Facilitate effective issue resolution and project delivery
• Support revenue growth by identifying further opportunities
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Finance, Technology, or a related discipline
• 5 years experience in Financial Services or Software
