Client Service Representative

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll answer questions, assist with transactions and proactively connect clients with the right team members, serving as the first line of support as they work toward their financial goals. You’re flexible to work we banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and may be required to work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance. You will be on‑site full‑time.
