Role Overview
The Client Service Technician (CST) is responsible for transporting, delivering, and installing homecare equipment, including oxygen cylinders, to patients and institutions. The CST maintains safe vehicle operation and provides outstanding customer service while adhering to Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada’s safety and quality practices. Location: Cranbrook, BC.
Responsibilities
- Support team efforts by assisting other members to satisfy internal and external customers.
- Comply with vehicle policies, highway rules, and regulations for safe gas supply and transportation.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after use; document inspections and maintain a clean, well‑stocked vehicle with PPE and tools.
- Deliver products on schedule and meet client needs.
- Set up homecare equipment at patients’ homes, train new and existing clients, and respond to client requests.
